• the correct digital asset is used;

• they have authority to send the applicable funds;

• their payment complies with applicable laws and regulations; and

• applicable network fees, transaction costs, tax obligations, or other charges for which they are responsible are properly handled.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Arcen Labs is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address, unsupported network, incompatible asset, or otherwise contrary to correct payment instructions provided by Arcen Labs.

Project-specific payment terms will be governed by the applicable client agreement or invoice.

8. No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

Arcen Labs is a software engineering and technology business.

Nothing on the Website constitutes:

• financial advice;

• investment advice;

Arcen Labs does not guarantee that any particular technical implementation, smart contract, token structure, blockchain product, protocol, or business model satisfies the regulatory requirements of any jurisdiction.

Technical development services should not be interpreted as legal or regulatory approval of a project.

10. Blockchain and Web3 Risks

Blockchain and Web3 technologies involve inherent technical, operational, regulatory, market, and security risks.

These risks may include:

• smart contract vulnerabilities;

• protocol exploits;

• blockchain outages;

• network congestion;

• third-party infrastructure failures;

• wallet or private-key compromise;

• oracle failures;

• bridge vulnerabilities;
